The Core operations of Vardhman Pharma are in the field of pharmaceutical distribution. The company has for the last two decades efficiently supplied various pharmaceutical products and medicines to retail medical shops, hospitals, nursing homes, doctors and government institutions across Karnataka. The work of Hospital & institutional sales is handled by a separate team of highly experienced executives.
We are experienced in handling specialty product distribution of various larger MNC’s through a strict cold chain adherence during transportation and fast service. Some life-saving products are also supplied 24 hours.
Being technology oriented, Vardhman uses software applications efficiently across its range of day-to-day activities. The company management believes in maintaining a personal touch with its clients and vendors alike and as a result of which Vardhman has garnered immense goodwill in the industry. The fact that the company has maintained a growth level of 20-25% when the industry itself is expanding at a mere 8-10%, shows the standards that Vardhman has set for itself and for its peers, at large.
Vardhman strongly believes that earning profits should not be its only objective. Contribution to the society is on topmost priority. We are associated with various voluntary socia l organizations such as Snehalaya a home for destitute children, educational institutes and various free dispensaries.
We have a strong sales force of 35 members covering the retailers, Salesmen are well informed about day to day updates about new products and schemes, product availability and various information for them to update the customers. In addition to this, 25 delivery persons equipped with vehicles for timely delivery. Carrying the brand name “ Rapid Serve” , we have a fleet of cargo vans & 3 wheeler for faster delivery and convenient reach.

Route Management System
Vardhman has taken decision to adopt Route Management System to Servicing over 4000 customers across the city of Bangalore. Be a leader, Constantly innovating and thereby strengthening presence at every level of wide distribution network, we base distribution excellence on electronic order processing, proper inventory management, are our commitment for speedy delivery and Industry leadership in supply chain safely.
Route Management system is a unique technique which we adopted and excelled, while catering to our customers orders. Here we divided the burgeoning city of Bangalore into 5 different Zones titled Central, South, West, North and East, based on geographical locations. Each zone will have a number of routes. These routes had areas consisting of a number of chemists. A dedicated marketing team called on every chemist in these areas and their spatial data was obtained. Each route and Area has been allotted unique code for easy identification.
Our logistical movements and subsequently deliveries are purely based on this enumeration and evaluation. This has ensured prompt & speedy supplies to our customers with environment -friendly, energy efficient and time saving methods. It also helped us to analyze the area wise route wise sales performance on day to day basis.
